DATE
  • Friday, April 7, 10:45 – 11:45 a.m.
  • Saturday, April 8, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
OVERVIEW

Join Dixie for an interactive session to discuss and learn how to craft answers to some of the consistently confusing issues in our field. For example, how do you help a client get why her HR doesn’t “splat” when she feels like she is working harder than her friend, who gets points all the time? How do you explain how resting metabolism “works” when popular magazines shout about the metabolic activity of muscle and that it “weighs more” than fat? Break through the clutter and take away some tools to help you communicate accurately and meaningfully with clients.
