Athletic Fundamentals – Speed, Strength and Power for Athletes of All Ages

Kyle Kercher

Kyle Kercher earned his bachelor’s degree from Montana State University – Northern while competing in football as a wide receiver and kicker. Kyle then graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a 4.0 and his Masters in Exercise Science with a focus in Sport Psychology. Kyle currently leads a program called Competitive Edge at The Summit Medical Fitness Center in Kalispell, Montana which consists of adult barbell training, a Youth Training Academy, a performance lab, in-house and remote athletic training services and general fitness. He also owns Athletic Edge Sports Consulting which provides strategies for success and mental skills training to high school and collegiate athletes. Kyle and his wife Vanessa got married in 2016. She is a motivational scientist and researcher at The Summit Medical Fitness Center.

OVERVIEW

50-minute class to include a dynamic warm-up, speed training technique and strength and power training technique. This class will efficiently provide coaches, trainers and health professionals with broken down progressions for teaching agility, acceleration, sprint form, deadlift, front squat and hang clean exercises.
